999nd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "999nd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 999nd online gaming platform operated at https://999nd.app, including all games, betting markets, promotional services, payment infrastructure, and customer support functions.

Binding Nature on Minors

These Terms explicitly prohibit use of the 999nd platform by any individual under the age of 18. Any acceptance of these Terms by a person under 18 is void. If 999nd discovers that a minor has registered an account or conducted transactions, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 999nd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of account registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing 999nd as an individual, private person — not on behalf of a corporate entity, organisation, or third party.

KYC Verification

999nd may request identity and age verification documentation from any player at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable documentation typically includes a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 999nd may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security

Deposits

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 999nd does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be flagged for investigation and may result in a reversal, account suspension, and KYC escalation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 999nd processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, with the payments team operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week including Bangladeshi public holidays. Processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts registered in the player's name are typically processed within a few hours of approval.

Winnings associated with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request and the forfeiture of the associated bonus funds.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

999nd maintains an active anti-money laundering policy. Any deposits that are not followed by genuine gameplay activity may be flagged as suspicious. 999nd reserves the right to investigate, freeze, or reverse transactions where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial misconduct, and to share relevant information with appropriate authorities where required.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

Free Bet Offers

Free bet credits awarded through promotions may only be used on eligible sports betting markets as specified in the individual promotion. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings. Free bet credits expire if not used within the stated validity period. Unless otherwise stated, free bet offers carry a wagering requirement before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

Prohibited Conduct

Game Malfunctions

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account under these Terms.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited betting software.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance and bonus funds held in the account may be forfeited by 999nd, particularly where the breach involves fraud, identity misrepresentation, or exploitation of promotional terms. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirement funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Voluntary Closure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999nd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999nd expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided by third-party Game Providers, including published RTP rates, game rules, or bonus terms specific to a third-party game.
• Any loss or damage resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any interruption to gameplay caused by the player's internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device hardware or software.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 999nd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

999nd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on file where practicable. The revised Terms will take effect from the date indicated on the updated "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the 999nd platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, illegal, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 999nd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any individual promotion or bonus offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999nd with respect to your use of the platform.
